Skyh Inc. is redefining "full service." Realtors and mortgage brokers define "full service" in various ways, but all directly related to their transactional expertise. We define full service as expertise in areas to avoid delays. For example, Realtors, Lenders, Banks and mortgage brokers cannot advise clients on the best method of taking (vesting) title in your new home. Such advise is considered practice of law. Your Realtor, mortgage loan officer or bank must advise your to contact your attorney for this purpose. Likewise, in regard to tax advise, clients are referred to their tax advisor or their investment advisor. Remember, most if not all of the documents a consumer will initial and sign, are legal contracts, between client, Realtor and Financing entity.
At Skyh Inc. clients have access to our in-house legal counsel and in-house tax consultants. This avoids the delays of having to refer to a third party for professional counsel and as such is what we call "full service." Full service applies to real estate sales, purchases, residential, commercial or real property investments.
